Tickets Affected by Park Closure on Sep. 19–20 due to Typhoon Nanmadol

For the safety of our guests and crew members, Universal Studios Japan changed the closure time to 15:00 on Monday, September 19th, and was closed on Tuesday, September 20th.
Purchased Sutudio passes (admission tickets) ,Universal Express Passes and other tickets will be refunded. Please see below for details.
Eligibility
- Eligible Guests: Guests who have purchased one of the tickets below and have yet to use it
- Date of Visit: September 19 to September 20, 2022
- Applicable Tickets:
- 1 Day Studio Pass
- 1.5 Day Studio Pass
- 2 Day Studio Pass
- Universal Express Pass
- Power-Up Band Exchange Ticket
- > Annual Passes are not applicable.

- Refund Request Date: October 6 to October 30, 2022
- > You will not be eligible for a refund if you have already used even a single ticket.
- > We will not send you a confirmation email when we receive your request for a refund.
- > For refunds to credit cards and Apple pay, an email will be sent to you when the process is complete.
The actual timing of the refund depends on the credit card company and may take up to two months from the time the completion email is sent to you.
